The Truth, Will Be Told, I promise you! This is what, I had told my daughter, on Facebook! After, I went, and reached out to a lawyer, that I had previously tried to get, before, all of this mess happened to us! So, I wrote him,and this is what I had said!

I said, to the preacher who married our daughter, and we were not there, for the most important day of her life! But, isn't this what shit crickers do, they only think about themselves, right?
Mr Frazier, I tried contacting you a long while ago, and through facebook. So did Maryanna, our daughter. I can't briefly tell you because there is no briefly. I have a big mess on my hands! I had a civil legal case, my daughter needed a divorce, she finally got one, but not the way we had planned. The husband got involved DFS, we had one child with a fiance, the husband said his nose got broken which was perjury! He took the two small kids for 7-8 months without the legal mother to be able to see them.
He got the other father, and they had a conspiracy going on! Now she has a parenting plan, but the father of the eldest child still has him over the state line. Yes, she went and got him from Quincy, Illinois, but they did her dirty, and the father said, that our daughter, broke his nose, in which she did not, of course! The first father, has a lawyer, and he has the first child kidnapped in Illinois! I think, she only spoke to him once! The divorce finally took place July 1rst, of 2025.
Silvernail, was suppose to make parenting plans. The Novinger School would not let her see her kids at the time! Because of what they put on the papers, she is now able to do joint, without him getting in trouble for the broken nose! With having the kids in a 14x14 camper, with a meth mistress and her son, that has disabilities. Do you wonder, why and how?
Silvernail, was suppose to do parenting plans. She got Phillip McIntosh as a Litem Lawyer, and she has even set out for like 3 days of divorce trial like the 1, 2nd, and 3rd of July. They dropped off the other two days, and settled on just the 1rst of July. They were going to fight for us, instead they sold us on out, and ran. And, that was what her staff, briefed us in on, that is what lawyers do, they take your money and they run! How nice?
And, you got money, you got legal, and inappropriate stuff like that! All inappropriate stuff! Maryanna, our daughter had health issues, because the Hospital in Kirksville did the epidermal the wrong place, she was hurting real bad and went in there, plus a very abusive husband! They somehow, called into the hospital, and said all kinds of lies, including to the DFS Officer in Kirksville, Mo. thy spoon fed them a lot this meth shit cricker family! That what ended up, was having her eldest child turn against her, and every way that they possible could do! Our own lawyer took all the money and she ran, she took McIntosh's old job, in the city, trying to protect these very woman, that they promised us, that they had our back!
She did go to a therapist or hypnotist to try to see here son, over there, her son yelled at her, and so did the ex-fiance! She got sworn and called names, and the therapist just watched them do that to her! In the mean time they had us, having in good faith take her kids on vacation,while suddenly, guess, who was there out of state on vacation her eldest son, without permission. As well as, when she first, went into court, guess who showed on up? Yes, her husband, in the case of her eldest son, and what business was he there? The ex-fiance, still, has her son, and her ex-mother in-law, has this child, brought down here, behind her back, without her permission, once again!
Her crew, one of these, ladies, worked with her ex-husband at he time! I am not a lawyer, but isn't that called conflict of interest? They were more interested, that my daughter had a job, who was in crucial pain. This Phil guy, never contacted my daughter, till the very last day in court! She insisted that we get a lawyer for Illinois that owed her a favor, right, we paid for her dearly, only for the judge to say it is beyond my jurisdiction! That so called lawyer snapped at me, for no reason, what's so ever! Then her helper assistant in her law firm snapped again at us, once in the office where McIntosh met up with them, he said thinks was lawyer talk, they were talking about their personal stuff, in which also, Silvernail, took on his old job!
McIntosh black mailed, our daughter, with a recording, that my daughter, had so called, lost it, and was yelling at the kids! She came home from a hard day work, and he did not discipline the kids, he was playing video games! Even, her friends told her, why was he video recording you, instead of, helping to discipline the kids with you! Good question? Because he was an abusive piece of garbage perhaps?
That lifted her by the neck up where she could not feel the ground under neath her, and he did the same thing with her first born son, James, by the neck, the exact same way! Sure, he is a con artist! Sure, he is a manipulator, sure he is someone, who can tell you anything, and can go right into the part, with snot, coming down his nose, with a police officer, putting his hands out, because he needs protecting! With doing false charges of a broken nose, and having a, DFS officer come to her door way, to take, her eldest son, away, because of this piece, of garbage! Now, the ex-fiance, working together with this piece of garbage, cannot even see her eldest son!
He even tried to say, she pushed, the door of the vehicle on his foot, when she went to pick up her kids! One, of these last times, when my husband asked him, why is James down there at your house,while his mother is not allowed to see her son, he replied: that is beyond my control! When your raided to be a piece of garbage, on how to beak in to people homes, and steel, and be from psychopathic parents that have to live off of their grandkids, because they raised, they with doing Meth, and taking their kids away, then why care who else they can manipulate!
They manipulate, the system, the judges, the lawyers, the everything! And, us people, who are, the tax payers, are paying for it! Right? We lost our life savings, and our daughter lost the rest of her health, because this, has taken a tow, on her, and in another way, on us, too. She also, now has, heart angina, because of it, on top of the hole, in her heart, on top of the early, aggressive, from the spinal, rheumatoid arthritis. We have a banana box, of legal papers, that she has to now sort, and represent herself, in a court room, without having any legal experience, or diploma! I have over $17,000.00 of legal toilet paper! That they just left us, all up in the air, including those two kids in the camper, and left in the abusive home, of being with the wrong person!
This is, what Mr Phil McIntosh, has done to us, and this is what Ms Silvernail, with all of her crew, including the lawyer in Illinois, has done to us! I guess, for people like us, how can we find our right, hum? Because then. how could, all f these, crooked people, have a job, right? We are now left, high, and dry, to fend for ourselves!
I wonder who is he real cooked ones here, in he courtrooms, of Kirksville, Mo, or should I say Krooksville, Mo? I promised our daughter. the truth will be told. And, I am intending for all of this to go on google! Sincerely, this particular lightworker that is writing you today. I am swearing this to be the truth, in front of the one and only light, with my hand on the bible!
